As promised, here’s the recipe for my Mom’s Shipwreck Casserole. All the comfort of meatloaf, but with layers.Bottom layer: Sliced Potatoes 2nd layer:Hamburger 3rd Layer: sliced carrots 4th: Onions & peas 5th: Rice 6th: 1/2 can of tomato soup, then bake as per a casserole. Shipwrecky goodness!!
