This was an alternate take of the bare-backing strip that was banned because it took place in Hell (See: Banned Brotherhood, April 2nd, 2006).It remains the comic that I finished in the quickest , in 4 hours, but it was two days late, and I was running a fever. You can tell.    Yet despite the shoddiness of the park and lack of background, people loved the joke , the zombie dog, and death strolling with a Starbucks. It went from the one they wouldn’t run, to my editor’s favorite - go figger…I tried to fix something that wasn’t really broke, and did a more elaborate, colour version ( July 15th, 2007), but in the end liked the original Death and pet better. One of the few times the narrow shape of the original strip helped rather than hindered me.
